Service & Repair Policy
QuiltandSew.com is Southern Utah's repair and service center for sewing machines, sergers, embroidery and multi-needle machines, and longarm quilting machines.
Authorized Service Center for Brother, Baby Lock, Janome, Handi Quilter and Elna — repairs, service and warranty work for all five brands.

Standard sewing machine service includes: removing fluff and dust, checking the bobbin, lubrication, checking and adjusting tension, checking the bobbin winder, checking the electrics, checking the timing, and a sew test with fabric. Standard serger service includes: removing fluff and dust, checking looper timing and pathways, checking and adjusting tension, checking the electronics, and a sew test with fabric. Embroidery unit service is offered separately.
Service calls more than 100 miles away are priced with you beforehand. Longarm set-up includes unboxing, leveling and initial machine set-up at your location. Replacement parts are priced separately from labor. For repairs not listed here, call us for a quote.

Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days. Embroidery module service is typically 2–3 business days. These are typical times, not guarantees; a rush fee is available to move your machine up in line.

Used Machines
Used machines we sell come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty unless specifically disclosed as "As-Is, No Warranty." See our Refund Policy for details.
