Refund policy

General Returns
No refunds after 30 days. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know it has arrived. Approved refunds are issued to the credit card or other payment method used for the purchase.
Restocking Fee
Within the 30-day return window, unused items whose packaging or box has been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used items (see below)
- Special-order items that require delivery and setup (see below)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Fabric: all fabric sales are final, with no returns or refunds
- Classes: classes are non-refundable due to limited seating
- Sale items: only regular-priced items may be refunded
Used Items and Used Machine Warranty
No refunds on used items.
Used machines come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty from QuiltandSew.com, unless the machine is specifically disclosed as "As-Is, No Warranty." Machines sold "As-Is, No Warranty" carry no warranty.
Special Orders
No refunds on special-order items that require delivery and setup, such as Create Room furniture and longarm or quilting frame installations.
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@quiltandsew.com and send the item to: QuiltandSew.com, 2376 Red Cliffs Dr #312, St. George, UT 84790, United States.
Return Shipping
To return a product, mail it to: QuiltandSew.com, 2376 Red Cliffs Dr #312, St. George, UT 84790, United States.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Machine Trade-Up Policy
Within 6 months of purchase, a new machine may be traded in for full credit of the original purchase price toward a more advanced new machine, as long as all accessories are included and the machine is not damaged.
New machines only. The new machine is at our current advertised price and does not include special in-store pricing or unadvertised bundle deals.
