Cosset - Breathe Bath Marble

Looking for something to help you Breathe?  One whiff of this aromatherapy marble and you'll feel the cooling power of its high content Menthol Cornmint and Eucalyptus essential oils. Marbles are great to use anywhere you want a great smell, in the shower or a hot bath. In fact, one of the best ways to use Breathe is as a "shower steamer". You can break it in half and place one half on your shower floor OR put it in a bowl and let the shower water run over it, releasing the effervescent goodness as you breathe deep!

Directions:

Step 1: Preparation 

• Turn on your tub and place your Bath Marble directly under the running water to agitate the bubbles. 

Step 2: Application 

• For the full therapeutic benefit, we recommend you soak for at least 30 minutes. Make sure the Bath Marble has fully dissolved in the bath. 

Step 3: Completion 

• Pat dry your skin when you get out of the bath. 

Additional Tips:

• Drink plenty of water before and after your bath to stay refreshed and hydrated.
• We recommend running your bath a few degrees warmer so the oils can disperse fully throughout the water.
• Add extra “feel good” things to make it a more spa-like experience. (Dim the lights, light a candle, play calming Music).
